Prices for our cottages near Orgiva Spain
Bookings are normally Sat-Sat but different start and finish days are possible depending on bookings already received.
The accommodation is let on a self-catering basis, but in low season it is possible to provide bed, breakfast and evening meal if required at extra cost.
We require a deposit of 25% to secure booking with the balance payable approximately 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
Please note the deposit is not normally refundable although if we can re-sell the cancellation we will return it.
Payment is to be made by bank transfer in euros.
Seasons These are the dates and prices for 2010
High Season:22nd May-18th September
Mid Season:27th March-22nd May and 18th September-30th October
Low Season:30th October-last saturday of March 2010/11
High Season: 615 euros per week
Mid Season: 495 euros per week
Low Season: 415 euros per week

If YOU WISH TO RENT ONE OF OUR COTTAGES AND HAVE THE OTHER COTTAGE REMAIN UNOCCUPIED FOR YOUR STAY WE CHARGE A SUPPLEMENT OF JUST 50 EUROS PER WEEK EXTRA ON THE NORMAL PRICES. PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR WHEN BOOKING IF YOU WOULD PREFER THIS TYPE OF BOOKING.
